Malvina Reynolds


Here's a voice that's not perfect but it certainly made me do a bit a research to find out a bit more about her....It won't be everybody's cup o' tea but I really enjoyed it and I've been playing it over and over again !!...If you want to hear something different then have a listen to it.

Malvina Reynolds (August 23, 1900 – March 17, 1978) was an American folk/blues singer-songwriter and political activist, best known for her songwriting, particularly the songs "Little Boxes" and "What Have They Done to the Rain.

In the late forties she met Earl Robinson, Pete Seeger and other folk singers and songwriters and began writing songs.
